PRE-DELIVERY labor/ breastfeeding class taught with resolute therapy team: please CALL The office to schedule- Saturday September 28th 930am- 2:00pm

We are honored to teach with Dr. Katie and Dr. Jaqueline from Resolute Physical Therapy! This class is a 1.5 hour labor and delivery prep class as well as 2- hour breastfeeding class. This class is ideal to be taken between 24-39 weeks pregnant, although some moms decide to take it sooner :). This class will prepare you for an optimal breastfeeding journey and reviews expectations for the first 2 weeks post-delivery. Clients that take this class, voice feeling very prepared for their breastfeeding journey.

CPR Class: August 30th 5:00p-7:00p (FULL) NEXT CLASS TBA

We are honored to have Chief Firefighter and Paramedic, Dave Massaro and Jenelle Nemeth teach this class. This Class is a 2 hour long class with a focus on introductions of foods to the infant and infant choaking. This class is $30/family and payment goes directly to our instructor Dave.
